Please park on the school side of Emerson Street, behind the school.

Table space will be provided for teams, but they may be 15 feet from a power outlet.
Teams should bring an extension cord / plug strip for your notebook computer.
Teams are asked to pay $5 to help cover expenses, and provide volunteers to help with the event.

Each team will have the opportunity to compete in three practice matches.
We plan to have a couple of practice tables in addition to the scrimmage competition table.
The competition table will have lights installed.

If you have a playing field table you can loan for this event,
or if you know someone who would like to volunteer as a referee,
or you have any questions, please contact Steve Putz.


Please confirm your team is coming (by team number), and let me know how many members are on your team.

I need each participating team to provide me with a "volunteer contact".  Someone who is responsible for making sure your team is providing at least one volunteer to help with the tournament.  I will contact this person before Saturday, or on the day of the event, to assign volunteer positions.  Let me know if you have a requested position.  I am currently looking to fill the following positions:

  competition and practice table set-up (arrive at 10:30 AM)
  table setters (reset elements between competition matches)
  assistant referees
  score keeper
  team queue manager
  emcee / timekeeper
  practice table supervisors
  awards coordinator
  (other jobs will be assigned at the event)

We should get enough volunteers so no one needs to work the entire afternoon.

If your team loans a field table or mat or elements for the event, you need not provide other volunteers.

Let me know if your team is able to bring an outlet strip for your laptop computer.  We need to know how many (if any) power strips we need to purchase.

All teams are expected to help take down the pit and competition tables and clean up after the event.
